CONTACT LIST:

How it works: If you think that you may be interested in one of our puppies, your first step is to be added to our contact list! We do not require deposits to be on our contact list. But our contact list will always have first choice of our upcoming puppies before they are advertised as available on our website. ​Please email us at glasshousepuppies@gmail.com to be added to our contact list! 

WAIT LIST:

How it works: As soon as we know for sure that one of our girls is pregnant, we will begin emailing the families on our contact list one by one and first come, first serve. At that time, families may choose to put down a deposit for a puppy from that specific litter or pass to a future one. Families will have a few days after we make first contact to make their decision. If we have not heard back from them at that point, we will move on to the next families on our contact list. Families may pass as many times as they need to, we want the timing to be perfect for everyone. If you decide to pass, you will move up on our contact list based on the number of families ahead of you that chose to put down deposits. You may remain on our contact list as long as you need to, but if we have not received a reply after three litters we will assume you are no longer interested and remove you from our list.

After we have gotten all the way through our contact list, we will advertise the remaining open spots on our wait list as available to the public. 

DEPOSITS:

Deposits are $300 and will only be taken after we have confirmed a pregnancy by ultrasound. Deposits are always refundable if there is not a puppy born that you like or your circumstances change. We can also transfer deposits to future litters.

PAYMENTS AND PAYMENT METHODS:

Deposits can be paid by check, Paypal or Venmo.

Final payments can be made through these same methods, but we will also accept cash on pick up day. If you are sending your final payment by check, this must be received 2 weeks before you pick up your puppy to ensure that the check clears the bank. We will NEVER send a puppy home with a customer if they pay by check the day they pick up their puppy. 

PUPPY PICKS:

How it works: Once our puppies are around 5-6 weeks old, we will begin puppy picks. Puppy Picks will ALWAYS go in the order of our wait list. Pictures will have been posted periodically and videos will also be provided, upon request. When it is their turn to pick, clients will have 24 hours to choose their puppy. Our local customers will be allowed to come pick out their puppy in person, at times prearranged by the breeder.  

VISITORS:

Please note that this is not a kennel, this is OUR HOME. We will allow visitors for families who have placed deposits on puppy pick up day and if they have arranged (in advance) to come choose their puppy in person. All visits will have a strict time limit. We are busy people and visits will be arranged based on our schedule and will not occur unless both me and my husband are present. Absolutely no visitors are allowed when puppies are under 6 weeks old or have not been vaccinated. Please understand that this is a safety issue. We will, under any circumstances, put our puppies in danger or at risk of contamination. No exceptions.

DELIVERY:

We offer shipping through trusted airlines. Shipping will be $400. This includes your puppy's health certificate, ticket, travel crate and transportation to the airport.
 
If our schedule permits, we will hand deliver your puppy or meet halfway. We will charge a fee for travel expenses.
